Held under the General Regulations of Motorsport UK (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA), these Supplementary Regulations and any written instructions (including bulletins) that the organising club may issue for the event.

Undertakings & Indemnities as required by Motorsport UK GR D13.1 to D13.1.5 are included on the Official Signing-On Forms for the event, also by submission of the Entry Form you agree to abide by Motorsport UK Regulations and any written instructions issued for the event.

Any Competitor who is under 18 MUST declare so on this Entry Form and the relevant Parent/Guardian will then be required to conform to Motorsport UK D13.1.1(c).

Entries will not be considered for acceptance until full payment has been received and the entry form is complete.

Waiver Needed for? Historic Road Rally Cars compliant with R19 may be granted waivers for these R18.2 rules at Motorsport UK discretion: Cylinders > 4. Carburetter chokes > 2. More than 1 camshaft per bank. Turbocharger. Applies to 1968 cars and later only - if applicable, please tick all that apply. Pre-1968 cars, please ignore.
Category TBA H E I N Category H - Heritage may be entered in cars of a make and model first registered before 1st January 1940 Category E – Classic Expert: Any crew member has finished in the top ten overall on this or a rally of equal or higher status (e.g. National B, RS Interclub, Hero Black, Red, Blue or Green) three or more times during the years 2016-2024. Category I – Classic Intermediate: Neither crew member is eligible for any other Classic category. Category N – Classic Novice: Neither crew member has finished three or more times in the top 30, or won the Novice Category or a higher category, on this or a rally of equal or higher status during the years 2016-2024.

Insurance
Competitors are advised to extend their normal comprehensive road insurance cover if possible. You must tick one of the following boxes on entry to tell us how you will be insured. If uncertain, tick event insurance - you can change this later.

Insurance I have checked and my own insurance is extended to cover road sections of the event, I do not need the event REIS insurance. Or I need the event REIS insurance as my own insurance will not cover me (please also see declaration below) REIS cover for UK entrants REIS cover for entrants from other countries. Premium expected to be c. £70-£100 per competitor, respectively. Exact amount will be confirmed in Final Instructions and payment will be via separate invoice.
Insurance Declaration Those ticking REIS Road Section Insurance only: I am aged 19 or over I have held a full UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 6 months I have no more than 6 points on my licence I have had no more than 1 fault claim in the last 3 years I am named on a valid motor insurance policy for the vehicle I am driving I do not have the Third-Party Extension cover on my existing motor policy My vehicle has a valid MOT Certificate & is taxed for the road, unless exempt from doing so Anyone aged less than 19 years old will also be accepted at the same price should their co-driver be a more senior member of their family or over 25. All Competitors must be a named driver on the road insurance.

Fees
Events & Parking Please tick all that apply. Concours - Enter the Imperial Concours D’Elegance. Included in your entry fee. Prologue - Enter the (optional) Penderyn Prologue on 3rd June. Requires arrival at scrutineering by 12 noon - included in your entry fee. Trailer - Reserve trailer parking 2nd-7th June (secure: £50 per trailer and tow car +VAT) Overnight parking - Reserve secure overnight rally car parking 2nd-6th June (£25 per car +VAT). NOTE: All parking will be invoiced later, with any other extras you may request. Please do not add to entry fee now.
