Please enter the event using this form, and then pay following the instructions on the next page.

You will appear in the entry list as an accepted entry once the Entries Secretary has received your payment and verified your entry is complete.

Held under the General Regulations of Motorsport UK (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA), these Supplementary Regulations and any written instructions (including bulletins) that the organising club may issue for the event.

Undertakings & Indemnities as required by Motorsport UK GR D13.1 to D13.1.5 are included on the Official Signing-On Forms for the event, also by submission of the Entry Form you agree to abide by Motorsport UK Regulations and any written instructions issued for the event.

Any Competitor who is under 18 MUST declare so on this Entry Form and the relevant Parent/Guardian will then be required to conform to Motorsport UK D13.1.1(c).

Entries will not be considered for acceptance until full payment has been received and the entry form is complete.

Historic Road Rally Cars compliant with R19 may be granted waivers for these R18.2 rules at Motorsport UK discretion:
Cylinders > 4.  
Carburetter chokes > 2.  
More than 1 camshaft per bank.

Category H - Heritage: All crews in cars of a make and model first registered before 1st January 1940.

Categories E, S, N and B - Classic: Crews in cars of a make and model first registered before 31st December 1985.

Category E - Expert: A crew member has twice finished in the top 10 overall on this or a rally of equal or higher status during the years 2015-2023.
Category S - Semi-Expert: Neither crew member is eligible for any other class.
Category N - Novice: Neither crew member has won a first in novice class award on this event or a rally of equal or higher status during the years 2015-2023.
Category B - Beginner: A Novice crew in which neither crew member has competed on more than two timed classic car rallies before.
Related - Related Crew Award (married, parent/child, siblings etc)
Travelled - Well-Travelled Award (non-UK or EU crew)

Insurance
Competitors are advised to extend their normal comprehensive road insurance cover if possible. You must tick one of the following boxes on entry to tell us how you will be insured. If uncertain, tick event insurance - you can change this later.
If not using the event REIS insurance.
Premium expected to be c. £70-£100 per competitor, respectively.
Exact amount will be confirmed in Final Instructions and payment will be via separate invoice.


Those ticking REIS Road Section Insurance only:

I meeting the following criteria:
Age 19 years or over
Have held a full licence for a minimum of 6 months
Have no more than 6 points on their licence
Have had no more than 1 fault claim in the last 3 years
The vehicle must hold a valid MOT Cert, current road insurance, and Road Tax, unless exempt from doing so.

Anyone aged less than 19 years old will also be accepted at the same price should their co-driver be a more senior member of their family or over 25.

All Competitors must be a named driver on the road insurance.

If you choose No, you will be sent a Declaration Form to complete.

Navigator Insurance, if driving road sections
Premium expected to be c. £70-£100 per competitor, respectively.
Exact amount will be confirmed in Final Instructions and payment will be via separate invoice.

Fees

Concours - Enter the Imperial Concours D’Elegance. Included in your entry fee.
Prologue - Enter the (optional) Penderyn Prologue on 4th June. Requires arrival at scrutineering by 12 noon - included in your entry fee.
Trailer - Reserve trailer parking 3rd-8th June (secure: £50 per trailer and tow car +VAT)
Overnight parking - Reserve secure overnight rally car parking 3rd-8th June (£25 per car +VAT).

NOTE: All parking will be invoiced later, with any other extras you may request. Please do not add to entry fee now.
