Please enter the event using this form, and then pay following the instructions on the next page.

You will appear in the entry list as an accepted entry once the Entries Secretary has received your payment and verified your entry is complete.

Held under the National Competition Rules of Motorsport UK (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA), the Supplementary Regulations and any written instructions (including bulletins) that the organising club may issue for the event.

Any indemnity and/or declaration as prescribed and which is signed by a person who has not reached their 18th birthday shall be countersigned by that person’s parent or guardian whose full names and address shall be given.

Entries will not be considered for acceptance until full payment has been received and the entry form is complete.

We do not recognise TBA, TBC, 0 or other such variants; this will not be classed as a completed entry.

Category 1 – cars of a specification valid before January 1, 1968.
Category 2 – cars of a specification valid from January 1, 1968 to December 31, 1974.
Category 3 – cars of a specification valid from January 1, 1975 to December 31, 1981
Category 4a - cars of a specification valid from January 1, 1982 to December 31, 1985
Category 4b - cars of a specification valid from January 1, 1986 to December 31, 1990

Experience class definitions below are the same as the HRCR Clubmans award classes.
MASTER, a crew where any member has had four or more finishes jn the top 10 places overall of a National B, lnterclub, HERO red and black events or higher status rally in the last 4 years.
EXPERT, a crew which does not meet the qualifying requirements herein for Master or Novice.
NOVICE, a crew in which no member has had four or more finishes in the top 25 places overall of a National B, lnterclub, HERO red and black events or higher status rally in the last 4 years.
Previous experience shall be counted up to the date of the event.

Insurance
Own Insurance  Kingfisher - £65 

I am aged 19 years or over
I have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 6 months
I have no more than 6 points on their licence
I have had no more than 1 fault claim in the last 3 years
I am a named driver on a valid motor insurance policy for the vehicle I am driving
I do not have the Third-Party Extension cover on my existing motor policy
The vehicle has a valid DfT certificate and is taxed for road use, unless exempt.

Anyone aged less than 19 years old will also be accepted at the same price should their co-driver be a more senior member of their family or over 25. Any competitor who falls outside these parameters may be offered cover at equivalent terms or an agreed price, if approval from the Appointed Insurance Broker has been obtained by the event organisers, prior to the event.


If you choose No, you will be sent a Declaration Form to complete.
